New ADS law: "Wider NADA usage will lead to wider acceptance in key areas"

The state of Colorado has just passed a creative new ADS law which will be a big boost to NADA outreach and service in potentially many states.

The summary of SB  13-207:  The bill allows a licensed, registered or certified mental health care professional, who has been appropriately trained,  to perform auricular acudetox.  The auricular Acudetox must be performed within the health care professional’s current scope of practice.

Don’t brag, just inform the key representatives of professionals in your state that Colorado has found a new approach that is better for their members as well as patient care and, for that reason also societal safety. In Colorado there was a lot of sympathy for this position even though there no heavy advocates and no prior  ADS law only a couple of years of nurse NADA practice.  That is the idea sort sells itself, and it is a convenient extension of scope of practice without involving pharma privileges.
 Wider NADA usage will lead to wider acceptance in key areas.

Prof. T.K.Thomas  The annual World No Tobacco Day was observed on 31st May. The day is observed by the World Health Organization [WHO] and global partners as an opportunity to raise awareness on the harmful and deadly effects of tobacco use and secondhand smoke exposure and to discourage the use of tobacco in any form. 'NADA acupuncture is a public health model that adds a valuable component to the behavioral health fields', says Dr. Michael.O. Smith, Some were dozing off;some with  drooping.heads;some in a sort of trance;some snoring off. Even some of the large contingent of journalists who routinely take the flights of steps at the reception of the I N S building in Rafi Marg were inquisitive. A couple of them were led to the few vacant seats so were some of the non journalists INS staff.
